Atguard must have been bought by Norton, because McAfee bought Conseal's Signal 9 firewall. (I bought it long before McAfee ate them up and dropped it shortly after the merger.)
Signal 9 never was for the faint of heart or light on TCP/IP knowledge though. Of course, this was prior to it being swallowed up by McAfee (or was it Norton) for their Personal Firewall product whereupon it got "feature-creeped" into (IMHO) useless confusion. The last version of pure AtGuard is available out there on the web if you know how to look for it. _______________________________________________ Full-Disclosure - We believe in it.
