How long do you have to hold the mouse button down for? I see no effect after about 30 seconds then I got bored... Tried in outlook and wordpad. In fact the 'ambient' CPU useage actually appeared to flatten out.
Seems to me that users of FD and bugtraq have just been social engineered into wasting a couple man-hours 'testing' for this XP bug.
Not quite Scaggs-worthy, granted, but it did manage to tie up Steve for half a minute. :)
