I've said it two million times. Education won't work. You can't even 
educate people to drive a safe distance from the car in front, you can't 
educate people to add ten years to their life by giving up smoking. If you 
can't do either of those, for the immense budget that is spent on them, 
the budget for educating people on computer security would have to exceed 
the budget for the war in Iraq.
