Some sensitive info can go across the NIPR, but so does all other internet
traffic from the DoD.  While 1% is still a problem, I'm sure over 99% of
that was just MP3 and porn.

The data leak I'm *still* puzzling over:

According to Maj. Gen. William Lord, "China has downloaded 10 to 20
terabytes
of data from the NIPRNet," the Department of Defense network used for
transmitting sensitive information.

That's just a massive WTF?
