Of course it was Sam's Club's fault - why would anyone write a ticket for the mother? After all, don't all parents abdicate their parental responsibilities when entering a store?! I feel a lawsuit coming on - against Sam's Club for having dangerous storage devices on the sales floor; Winchester for making a gun safe without an internal exit handle and the sheriff's department for making the boy wait 5 minutes. Then, after the lawsuits, there will be legislation...oh boy, what fun that will be.
