So privacy will be protected but no security will be provided.... What
was the intent in the first place - it couldn't have been to protect
privacy since privacy concerns arose only after the solution to the
original intent was proposed. And it couldn't have been security since
one could simply clone the reference number of someone else's RFID
tag.
