BAD!! Don't delete your old site. Simply switch locations with the new
one: i.e. move the old site to a dir off the root, and slip the new one into
place. At least until you are satisfied that the new one is working and is
up-to-par. And I assume you at least have a local back-up of both the old
and the new sites...
