Aw c'mon. Developers don't read books! You park 'em on the shelf so passers
by think you are smart... "Oh, that guy has 2 shelves of books on Java, they
must be a genius!" (In reality: The individual is trying desperately to get
some useful information on Java, has gone through $$$ and bought 2 shelves
of books and still ain't "got it".) Same for books on XML.
I think somebody is gonna start selling tech books by the pound. It would
simplyify things, that's for sure. "Ok lets see, that 3.5 pounds of
Microsoft at $26.99/pound, and.."
