Tag was in custom tree, but wasn't being called....strange.
I tried both solutions that were posted and it seems to work now.

sounds like the cf_fusetoken tag isn't present. just throw it in at the
bottom of the app_globals.cfm and should be fine, I believe that's coming
from reuseform tag, but don't quote me and I don't have time to look.
