I have a heavy-duty camera tripod. It's not a video tripod so we can't do
any smooth panning for action shots, but it works great for holding a camera
steady in one position. Sorry, Hal, no way to capture your "jump and roll"
as you dodge questions about Fusedoc! :-)

We may want to have a backup tripod, though, because I am planning to move
from Texas to Pennsylvania the same week of the conference. If everything
goes well, I'll be driving from Texas to Virginia and pulling the U-Haul
into the hotel in C'ville on Friday night, attending the FB conference, and
heading on to Pennsylvania Sunday morning. So if that works out, I'll have a
VCR, TV, video camera, tripod, (couch, chair, lamps,) etc. But if something
goes awry during the 1400 mile journey to Virginia, I may not make the
conference.

i'll find out about the projector, the mic, and bring a VCR. Does
anyone on the list that's coming have a tripod? I don't want to make
Alan have to lug a tripod from Alaska.... that's just silly.
