I tried that, here is another example:

<cfoutput>#URLEncodedFormat(url.CARD-ADDRESS2)#</cfoutput>

This is the error I get:
An error occurred while evaluating the expression:

#URLEncodedFormat(url.CARD-ADDRESS2)#

Error near line 30, column 12.
------------------------------------------------------------------------
Error resolving parameter URL.CARD

The specified URL parameter cannot be found. This problem is very likely due
to the fact that you have misspelled the parameter name.

The error occurred while processing an element with a general identifier of
(#URLEncodedFormat(url.CARD-ADDRESS2)#), occupying document position (30:11)
to (30:47) in the template file C:\Inetpub\wwwroot\New.cfm.

This is the debug information from CF:
Parameters
URL Parameters:

ARD-ADDRESS1=add1
CARD-ADDRESS2=add2
CARD-CITY=city
CARD-STATE=state

Any ideas??
