this is a well known bug in < 4.5
i have heard that 4.5.1 fixes, but am skeptical.
i put together a scheduled <cfdirectory> call to
move undeliv. to a development server spool which
ensures email goes out.
cf mail has had probs since day 1
its definately a cf prob.
