I got it with my copy of Enterprise Edition. There was a card to request a
set of documentation. Either that or it was online when I registered.
Anyhow, there it was, I sent it in, and I received a full set of printed
docs, including the handy CF Quick Reference Guide, the nice pocket-width
size for those, uh, study opprotunities. Yeah.
