Avi (and others who have asked),
The CDs were paid for by the conference attendees. The only others receiving
the conference CD are reviewers. If you'd like to do a review of the book
(and have a specific venue in mind -- a CF magazine, a ColdFusion User Group
site), let me know and after we confirm it with the site, I can send you a
CD. Most CFUG sites are eager to have material like that, and many magazines
are also hungering for content. However, be aware that if you agree to this,
you do have to do the review! : )
