I hope we don't all get into a flame war over this, but that is copyrighted
material. Both the author and Sys-Con have an interest in it. Besides the
fact that it's illegal to distribute it, it won't encourage others to write
if there's no remuneration -- and believe me, there's damned little
remuneration as it is.

Why not, it's not classified information.  I paid for it with my
subscription and freely offered it to a couple of folks who showed an
interest....just trying to help some people out.  If it bothers anyone,
don't download it or ask me for a copy.
