Okay, I'll clarify:

I'm totally excited about the book and plan to buy the paper copy; I don't
like reading from a screen, and I want to contribute to the Fusebox effort.

I do personally believe that if you disseminate .PDF files, there is no
practical way to prevent duplication, cut-paste ops, printing, etc; despite
what Adobe builds into the Acrobat product. Again, its an effort/benefit
curve thing. You can expend tremendous effort in trying to block copiers,
but get little benefit from it. It seems to me that the real risk to the
revenue stream isn't from somebody doing a cut-paste operation; its from
somebody sending out the entire e-book to the world at large on a listserv.
