If you are using the CACHEDWITHIN param, You can make
absolutely positively sure that you use the SAME query,
SAME SQL (Case et all) and modify the CACHEDWITHIN timespan
to zero.
Alternatively, you could cache queries the old fasion way
and store them in session or application variables. If you
do this, set up something in your code to check for a URL
variables such as NEWSEARCH, and if it exists, re-do the
query. This method works pretty well, too.
