Also, according to their own press release, they didn't become Fusebox, Inc.
until February 1 of this year.

I think their argument is a little weak and Fusebox would have a fair chance
in court.  Still, I would think it would be better to work something out
with them than fight them.  That wouldn't do anyone any good.
