If they asked before the book then I'd think we have even a little room to
be lenient. As the book is out, we've got no choice. And actually, it
solidifies our position to the name as a methodology waaay before they can.
They own it for consulting, we own it for methodology.
As for them asking you to change the look of the site, that sounds VERY
fishy. Why would they want a site that has nothing to do with them other
than the name to look like theirs. On one hand they want to avoid dilution
of trademark and on the other they're asking for it. Very fishy.
