Hey... what ever happened to that "Board of Directors" - or our voted
fearless leaders.  Remember those shinanigans??? :-)

Would it be important that if this is truly a Not for profit type gig that
there be some leadership appointed and "minutes" established, a mission
statement... ya know - all that blowhard formality stuff...?
