Steve,
Are they an INC., LLC or anything like that?  .com and .org make it two very
different things, and before they can sue or anything they would have to go
through the registering authority, and at one time to register a .org name
you had to be a non profit org.  Which we are.  They might want to think
about that before they go off half cocked.  Sounds to me like they are
trying to latch onto a good thing and use it for their own gain.  I agree
with some of the other posts though, they are only going to hurt themselves.
I would bet money that we are driving a LOT more traffic to fusebox.org then
they are to their .com and that if they would work something out to trade
links it would actually help them.  If they keep going this way, they will
only hurt themselves.  Is there a phone number or email that we can send our
remarks to so that we can let them know how we (The developers that are
using Fusebox everyday.) feel.
