This is similar to an approach I took at one point--I incorporated all the CRUD
and display capability into one file with an frm prefix. This was similar in
approach to more traditional environments. In the long run, I haven't settled
on it as preferable, but it worked and "fit" into the methodology (since it is
extensible, after all).
