The Fusebox e-book (my hard copy was Packaged on: 11/20/00)
discusses the code for the CF_BODYCONTENT tag stating that the
newer version no longer requires the app_layout.cfm file. Is
there a newer version available or does one just modify the
existing tag to contain this logic(if they so choose)?
