Jeff,
If you're using Internet Explorer 5.0, you may want to try upgrading to the
latest version or 5.5. I've seen this exact problem. Its not a fusebox
problem at all, but some kind of weird Internet Explorer issue.
Hope this helps,
Eron
(PS- There's a huge thread about it on forums.allaire.com if you can find
it...)

Subject: Form Issues with NT Challenge Response?
Does anyone know if there are any issues with the FormURL2Attributes tag and
NT/Challenge Response?
I am having problems with a form that attempts to upload data to a database,
as well as, upload an image to the file system. The user uploads the image
using a form file field and the enctype of the form is
"multi-part/form-data". However, when I post the form, I don't receive any
of my form fields back (I know this from checking the debug information). I
thought that it might be Fusebox, so I created a seperate file outside of
the fusebox and had it post the results to the same page. When I did this
with the multi-part enctype, the page still did not return any form fields.
As soon as I remove the multi-part enctype, the form fields show up in the
debug information. The only problem is, I need the multi-part enctype to
process the file upload.
In an earlier post to this group, I was told that I needed the newest
version of ColdFusion 4.5.1, which I now have.
The other strange thing is that on my system at home, I can get the forms to
work without a problem. I am running Windows 2000 with Challenge / Response
enabled. I only experience the problems when I take it to my client's
server. Both me and my client are running the exact same version of CF
Server. They are on NT Server 4. Any ideas of what the problem could be?
Thanks,
Jeff Stone
