I have IE 5 at home, and it runs fine on my machine. I will try upgrading
my client's browser to 5.5, and see if that fixes the issue. I went into
the Allaire Forums, and there is a long thread about how CF 4.5 and
NT/Challenge Response do not work together when using form fields.
Everything posted is a couple of months old, and I haven't found any
solution posted yet.
If I find the solution, I'll be sure to post it here. If anyone else has
any advice, I am open to trying anything.

If you're using Internet Explorer 5.0, you may want to try upgrading to the
latest version or 5.5. I've seen this exact problem. Its not a fusebox
problem at all, but some kind of weird Internet Explorer issue.
