Thanks for all the replies

The page i have which takes 150ms to execute on the development server
(1000mhz dell 512ram server) uses modules heavily i understand that hitting
the database can cause bottle necks but what i really wondered was if the
extra execution time justifies the modulisation and reuse of code!

I suppose it depends on how busy the site will be!

I want to change the site to fusebox but it uses a lot of preexisting
modules. One thing i'm not hundered % clear about in fusebox is the code
reuse aspect, is it the actual fuses that can be reused and if so does this
mean they should be as generic as possible to promote reusability?
