I've got the same problem.
Emailed the list asking if there was a *person* I could email about it but I
got no response.
In my case the web form seemed to work, I received an email that I had to
reply to in order to confirm my unsubscription but it came back with the
message that I wasn't on the list, which is obviously wrong.
Please keep me posted if you find a way off the list and I will do the same
for you.
