You've got 3 choices. The first is to send an unsubscribe message to
[EMAIL PROTECTED] This will remove the address your posting
from. The second is to use the interface. The only problem with that is you
have to know what address your subscribed with. If you look at a message
header, you'll see:
Received: from www.houseoffusion.com (www.houseoffusion.com
[207.31.122.140])
 by mail3.i-2000.com (8.11.1/8.11.1) with ESMTP id f1PMseR22555
 for <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>; Sun, 25 Feb 2001 17:54:40 -0500 (EST)
where [EMAIL PROTECTED] is the posting (my) address. If you try and
unsubscribe that address, you'll succed. If your posting with an alias or
different account, then you have to know the name.
The third option is for me to remove you, but I still need the subscribed
address.
