There are new archival operations for backing up and restoring site
information. And I think there was also an option to encode the backed up
..car file. Haven't tried it out yet myself, so I can't really say if it
helps to protect your CFML code or not.
Anyway, download Beta 3 and give it a try. Btw, here's what Allaire, sry,
/\/\acromedia beta people are saying about B3:
---------------------
Beta 3 represents a significant milestone for the ColdFusion 5.0 release.
The ColdFusion team believes it to be functionally complete, with the
notable exception of Application Management services on Solaris and Linux.
We believe Beta 3 fairly represents the performance and scalability that
customers can expect in the Final 5.0 release.
/.../
We believe Beta 3 a worthy candidate for test use on development and
testing/staging servers.
