Don't name a circuit "email". We had this problem once. Either IIS or the
mail system (IPSwitch) had a problem. It was another lifetime ago, so I
can't remember the specifics. But we had to rename the circuit and all
references to it.

I have yet to come across this problem at all, I simply create another name
for the circuit in the Circuits.cfm file, and bam I'm done.
