A wireframe is simply a collection of short documents that describes the
responsibilities of a page and list the pages/actions that the page will
link/submit to. This can be developed by a sales engineer and then passed
onto an architect who can create fusedocs out of them.

Lee Borkman has developed a cool app that allows clients to see the
wireframe docs all linked together as a site skeleton viewable in a browser.
