This is a pretty interesting idea. I was thinking of doing something
similar to deal with search engines a long time ago. I know it's a pain,
but something to automate the process wouldn't be so bad. Furthermore,
those dummy files might actually get indexed by search engines and solve
that little problem common to fusebox...
