Using the Dreamweaver part would be fine for developing HTML bocks.
As for Ultradev, forget Fusebox, scalability and clean, easy-to-understand
code.
At the Portland CFUG last night Kevin Hoyt from Allaire... er, I mean
Macromedia suggested that Ultradev would be excellent for developing
prototypes. It allows a designer to develop fast db driven sites. Coupled
with Fireworks you can quickly plug amazing interactive whiz-bang graphics
into a site that is actually connected to a database. Then you have to
explain to your client why now you have to go develop the real site.

Subject: Using DW/Ultradev to develop -fusebox- sites
Hello there!
I'd like to know what recommendations/suggestions the list have on
developing apps using Macromedia's Ultradev.
It seems to me that using UD would be useful to just design each
component of the site (i.e. header, footer, bodies...). The whole app
would eventually need to be handled with CF Studio.
Hey, may be the guys at MM would like to hear about this (?).
Cheers,
Martn
