Time for everyone to take a good long look at TagServlet. Hopefully, they
will get full language compliance in the next 6 months or so.

Yes, this is deeply concerning.  I have multiple servers (non-clustered),
each with multiple applications (as defined by the CFAPPLICATION tag)
running concurrently.  If we have to start paying based on the number of
times we use the CFAPPLICATION tag, as well as by the number of processors
and the number of servers, we WILL drop CF like a rock.  And we've been
using it since v. 2, so all the usual "we helped BUILD you guys" stuff
applies.
