The number of folks who refuse to accept cookies is very very small. And
from a commerce prospective, anybody paranoid enough to not accept cookies
is probably equally paranoid about giving credit card numbers over the www.

I'd hazard to say that I'd consider the benefit of a cookie-based CFID
storage to be greater than the potential loss of cookie rejectors.
