About the only things you can do with CFFILE are (a) increase the size of
the registry, and (b) make sure you have 2x-3x your largest filesize in free
RAM. At one point I put together a Fusebox'd file manager for a client on a
shared server, and after trying every tweak in the book, the best we could
manage was a 3MB upload... on a dedicated dev server, the limit was much
higher.

I know there are a lot of non-CFFILE upload options out there that may
bypass some of IIS's limitations... perhaps someone else has experience with
them.
