The only time I've ever seen that happen is when there are no width and
height attributes in the img tags. Netscape ends up rendering pieces,
instead of all of the images.
Then when you refresh, it shows up fine.
I haven't used Netscape 6 tho, so I can only offer my experience of that
happening. Hopefully it helps.
