That's simple, Like French fries and Haagen-Dazs Ice Cream, the Americans
make up these food because it is in keeping with the melting pot theory.
Since we all know that maps in America contain America and a bunch of gray
space around it, we can also assume Americans never leave their country.
They all travel to Epcot Disney and visit all the countries of the world
(including Canada) in on swoop.
