fuseBOX is the methodology where everything goes through the index.cfm
(www.fusebox.org) and fuseDOC is a way of adding comments to each template
describing briefly what it does
(http://halhelms.com/OnlineCourses/Fusedocs/index.cfm).
I don't think there's extended fuseDOCS yet, though version 2 may be on the
way... - are you thinking of extended fuseBOX
(http://halhelms.com/index.cfm?fuseaction=writings.displayOnScreen&writing=E
xtendedFusebox101.htm)?
