I think it will turn some heads, to say the least.
I participated in a very small project where fusedocs
where provided and I did the coding, along with another
guy.  While this was not even close to a full blown 
project, I saw the merrit in the idea.  There's no reason
50 people couldn't do the code, provided the fusedocs 
where fairly accurate and the coders knew how to read 
them.
