You can have all .asp source files on your box. You tell Cold Fusion to
recognize asp as Cold Fusion Documents. They may not even have a .cfm
located anywhere on their machines but may be using CF scripting in the asp
documents.

I personally do not believe that. If you look at their source, none of their
links on the site point to any .cfm files. IIS can rename what appears in
your address bar etc. but cannot change the way a link points to another
file.
