I don't know if you have been on this list for a while, but
over at topica there was a list created sometime last year related
to visualfusebox. I never did hear again from the person who was posting
but I tested the app he was building (for some reason I think his name was
Dov Katz, maybe I am totally off). Anyway, I would like to help out, just
not sure where to start. I may be able to dig up the archives that had a
list of some requirements.

I'd like to announce that I've started development on a new visual
fusebox
creation tool that will operate on the desktop and eventually in a
networked
environment allowing content and fuse sharing. It will be built using
the
Fusebox 3.0 specification.
The main interface to the tool will be the creation of Fusebox apps
using a
form of fUseML to allow you to create packaged fuses and sites without
needing to work on the underlying code. It will also allow you to export
your Fusebox application in multiple languages, performing the
conversion to
ColdFusion, ASP, PHP (and other languages in the future) for you on
export.
At the moment I'm going through the requirements gathering process and
thought that people on the list may like to get involved in the
development
of the tool by listing features that the product could or should have.
This
way the tool ends up having features that are wanted and needed by the
Fusebox community at large. I was primarily building this tool for my
own
use, but thought that it would make sense to make it avaible to everyone
else.
Initially the tool will work on Windows and Linux with other OS
platforms
being supported in V2. There may even be a Java version of the tool in
the
works at some point.
