Howdy FB'ers,
The pathTo() function is a replacement for path
variables and operates from the info in your
fusebox.circuits structure. It will always give you
the correct path to any circuit (or global dir)
defined in the fusebox.circuits structure
(fbx_circuits) from wherever you are in the
application. It will also provide a special path
called "self" which includes the base filename and a
path to the "home" circuit. It provides 3 types of
paths: cf (cfinclude/cfmodule), dir (cffile,
cfcontent), and url (cflocation, links, forms, images)
EXAMPLE CALLS:
<cfinclude
template="#pathTo('project','cf')#qry_project.cfm">
<script
src="#pathTo('js','url')#validate.js"></script>
<cfset request.self=pathTo('self','url')>
<a href="#request.self#?fuseaction=#xfa.next#">Go</a>
More documentation included in the zip file attached.
This UDF is also available at www.tbcfug.org.
I think I recall this having a problem on solaris.. if
anyone has a problem using it on solaris, please email
me and I'll take care of it.
