Absolutely, I am looking for the best/simplest way to implement global
security framework. Which could be plugged into whatever application I
am working on at a given time.

KittyCatPermission looks like a good candidate. I will spam back the
list if/when I get it working.

The main challenge would be to be able to have a single security
framework which could work for both security the CODE, and securing the
DATABASE INFORMATION. E.g., I have a multiuser application where users
own particular rows of information in a database. Obviously queries
need to be able to filter on their userID, etc.

Does this problem make sense?

I've used Hal Helm's <CF_Secure> for a few different projects. I
typically tend to lean towards the use of comma delimited lists for
checking permissions and such, so my usage of CF_Secure is nothing more
than a glorified ListFind() in all reality. Exactly what kind of
information are you looking for? Are you simply trying to select the
best / simpliest way to implement a global security framework on your
web site?

Anyone with experience/insight into the use of Hal Helm's cf_secure
idea, or the kittycat security thingee? (I hope the question is obscure
enough... <g>)
