When I'm in production mode on our server and I want to put it into development mode I change the fusebox.xml.cfm parameter to the following and then upload it.
<parameter name="mode" value="development"/> Even still the server seems to stay in production mode until I restart CF services. I can also tell because I can see the load increase in dev mode while the server runs peacefully in production. I've even tried deleting all of the parsed files, still the circuit files don't exhibit new/updated behaviors until I restart the service. Am I missing something?
