Good question Andy. You will probably get a couple different responses here,
but personally, I store all my custom tags in the following directory
hierarchy and use cfmodule to call them.
root
_Model
_View
_Controller
assets
image
js
css
customTag
cfc
udf
The point is that you just need to have "some" kind of organization.
