(very green Newbie using FB 4.1 with CF6.2)
Can anyone give me direction on how to properly implement a navbar that maintains "down" "over while down" functionality. I've put together such a navbar (made and tested in dreamweaver), and have incorporated it as a prefuseaction so that it persists throughout all pages. However (as expected) since it IS a prefuseaction the "down" and "over while down" characteristics are reset with every click to a new page.
