Gotta say, the week before last I spent six days in Singapore, with absolutely no computer/email access. I haven't had a holiday like that in over two years. It's only after I got back that I realised just how stressed I had been before. Normally I can't live without email - I had 993 messages when I got back - but pulling the plug for a few days was the best thing I could have done.
