In addition to what Shane said, you might have better luck moving the
act_setupTables.cfm file *outside* of your forum directory structure, else
it will choke since it isn't a defined fuseaction under the forum app. I
moved the script file to another directory under my web root where I run
tests. Don't forget to set your datasource name in line 20. In my case, I
wanted to add the tables to an existing datasource and it created the tables
no problem (that's why I lobbied Toby to prefix all of database tables
related to the forum app with "fbof_"; it prevents any possible name
collision between tables when integrated into an existing database).
