In Perth (West coast of Aus, for the geographically-challenged) we're finding the opposite - there seems to be a *lot* of people looking for work. We posted an ad on Seek last week for a graphic designer with web/html skills and got 80 resumes in two business days. Same thing happened three months ago when we advertised for an entry-level html person. We ended up with resumes from people who had all range of skills and experience - there were a couple of people with Oracle experience even. Some were from overseas, but most were local or interstate. Maybe I'll tell them all to move to NZ!
